So I have been in a workout funk lately, doing the same 8 weight training exercises and the same cardio workouts day after day, I realized I was not getting any stronger, in fact I had lost some strength. I am not bored with working out, I love to workout but I realized I was just going through the motions and not benefiting from all the time I was spending working out. I need to challenge myself. So hitting a plateau to me is like a road block. What do you do when you come to a road block, you find a new route, well that just what I plan to do.

Just when I was looking for a plan, I got my daily email from Tina at Best Body Fitness and saw that she was offering a Best Body Boot Camp Challenge.

So I signed up……….

She has a question and answer page mapping out all the details and what to expect:

During the 8 weeks of the challenge, you will update your progress weekly with your completed activity for the week and your progress towards two other goals of your choosing. Based on your updated progress in each area, you will earn entries for weekly prize drawings.

Suggested Home Equipment:

  • a pair or two of dumbbells (one lighter and one more moderate/heavier weight) — at least one pair necessary
  • stability ball — highly suggested, but not required
  • resistance bands — suggested, not required
I am so excited, this is a super deal, personal trainers can cost $25.00 per hour, and here she is charging that for an 8 week program, how could I not be excited. I have been a long time reader of Tina’s blogs and I watched her transform her body after having a baby. She is creative and knowledgeable when it comes to fitness and weight training. She does some killer workouts and I think this is just what I need to get me recharged, get some life back into my daily workouts and most of all Get My Strength Back.
Question of the Day: Have you ever had a Personal Trainer or Completed a Boot Camp?
