I was lucky enough to meet a few of the ladies from Chobani at the Blend Retreat. Chobani was one of our amazing sponsors. Check out their Blend Retreat Blog Post.
They provided our Sunday breakfast. I could eat Chobani everyday, well I kinda almost do. Someday’s it’s my snack, other days it’s my breakfast.
During the Blend Retreat I had a serious love affair with Pineapple Chobani. I lost count after three bowls.
Mixed with granola or added into oatmeal is my favorite way to enjoy Chobani.
Chobani Rules!
So when I came home to this on my front porch, I was beyond excited. A few week’s back I received an email from Lindsay and Emily telling me that they were sending a case out to me as a thanks for attending the Blend Retreat, and a few days later I received an email from Ashley telling me when to expect my delivery. Even though I knew I was going to get the shipment I was still super excited when I saw the actual box on the porch. Jackpot.
I wondered how they could keep it cold during delivery and couldn’t wait to open it up, and check it out.
So it comes packed in a box that is insulated with a bag.
Once you open the insulated bag, you find that the inner case box that is surrounded by ice packs.
They ensure that the box stays cold and that the yogurt arrives safe and sound and ready to be eaten.
Seeing these 12 beauties smiling back at me made this girl Happy! Very Happy.
Thank-You Chobani for loving your Blend’s so much, we love you right back! Blend’s + Chobani = Healthy Happiness, and on that note, I have a date with a cup right now.
Stay tuned for some recipes to follow.
Question of the Day: What’s your favorite yogurt flavor? Clearly mine is Pineapple.
Check Ya Later.
I only ever buy plain Greek Yogurt, myself, either Chobani or Trader Joe’s, depending on what store I’m shopping when I need it. I find most flavored yogurts to be too sweet for my taste buds. I prefer to add my own seasonings (usually vanilla extract, cinnamon, and/or a smidge of honey) and fruit (fresh or cooked), instead.
That said, I really do want to try Chobani’s Blood Orange flavor. I love blood oranges! I just haven’t gotten around to it yet.
Oh Blood orange is so good, it has a really nice tart flavor. I could not go back to standard yogurt after eating Chobani.
I’ll have to check out the blood orange variety one of these days. I’ll let you know!
Yummmmmmmmm. I love Chobani. And by Chobani, I mean the company AND the yogurt! I usually get apple cinnamon b/c it’s 0% but the pineapple is my secret favorite.
They are the best! Love the apple cinnamon also, but always go back to pineapple.
Pineapple Chobani is my favorite also! I also LOVE the mango!
Kelley I have not tried the mango yet! I need to keep an eye out, I’d love to try it.
The mango, blood orange, and pomegranite are my favorites!
I am getting so hungry reading all the flavors everyone loves! Looks like I know what I am having for a after dinner snack tonight!
I haven’t actually ever tried the pineapple but it sounds like that’s something I need to do! I got a mix of apple cinnamon and blood orange. I let my roommate try one of each and she was in LOVE with both flavors. Yup, me too!
You made good choices, and your super nice for sharing, I on the other hand am not good at sharing my Chobani:-)
it was a tough decision…I’m still not sure if it was the right one. 😉
I’m pretty sure the only place Chobani is sold in Canada is in Toronto, so we definitely don’t have any in my grocery stores on the East Coast. Their flavours look amazing though, so here’s hoping it will be here some day soon!
Oh I hope you get access to them, they are healthy and tasty.
Happy to hear it arrived safely! We had such a blast at BLEND. Looking forward to our next tasty rendezvous!
Emily, Chobani
Thank-you so much Emily, and I cannot wait until next year!
I usually have the plain, and add my own toppings. Today, I did pick up Lemon to try. I never cared for yogurt before trying Chobani, and am so in love with it. I love it for breakfast, snacks and use it in my baking.
[…] I saw this recipe over at The Lean Green Bean, I knew I had to make it. Plus Chobani just sent me a 12 pack of their Pineapple Yogurt, so I was all over this recipe. I am on a frozen fruit bar kick right now, so it only makes sense […]
