So I wanted to do a post that featured some of the adventures I had over the summer, I did not blog very much because I wanted to enjoy every moment.
So here is a bit of this and that of my Summer.
Miami to Visit our Best Friends.
Took our Second Annual Houseboat Trip to Kentucky with 28 of our Friends.
We ended up renting two boats this year. We had such a great time.
Jeff and I Celebrating our 17th. Wedding Anniversary on the House Boat Trip. Our friend’s really helped us make it a fun and special day. Every year we take a fun picture on our anniversary and a serious picture, and the fun one always makes it into the scrapbook I keep of our life together. Here is the Fun Picture for year #17! Jeff and I have been together for a total of 21 years. We dated for 2 years, then we got engaged. Our engagement lasted 2 years and then we married in 1995. I cannot imagine life without my Jeff, he is my everything.
During the summer I always have my camera on hand to take pictures of bugs, birds, plants and anything else that might interest me. Here are a few of my favorites.

Played with the kids in the yard.
Back to the Eats.
Grilled Lots of Chicken Burgers.
Keeping Up with Kale Smoothie.
I also did some fun activities, like Riding my Harley.
She’s One Good Looking Mode of Transportation if I Say So Myself.
I Ate Some Rocking Sushi from Whole Foods.
Made Some Killer Chicken Lettuce Wraps. A virtual meal for my Best Friend Jody in Miami.
Made a Larger than Life Steak and Egg Salad.
Gotta tell you, this is one good burger.
Did some Corn Field Hiking with my K-9 Friends.
Decal and Molly my Hiking Pals.
I Spent Lots of Time with my Husband. We boated, We rode our Harley’s, We took our furry kids on lots of walks, We sat on our deck, We gardened, We laughed, We loved, We ate, We drank and We hung out with friends and family. We had a summer of fun and made some great memories.
Conclusion: Summer 2012 was Epic.

I had a pretty epic summer. I need to do a bucket list recap, but I think summer is still in full swing until September 22. So there, fall.
